Abu Dhabi

McCall was chosen to sing a song for a festival in Abu Dhabi. I do not know all the details, so you'll have to ask danny. Basically she sang this amazing song, recorded it, and this is the making of the music video (which will be played in the background as she sings the song live in abu dhabi which happened last week. Mccall, dan and kelly went there for about a week and a half, they get home tomorrow). I was there to help out with hair, and just to be around the set. I absolutely loved it. The first day they filmed was at this temple in spanish fork. I felt like we were in the middle of nowhere then all the sudden appeared this beautiful temple. So mccall sang to this song, and she did amazing of course. She looked beautiful, and I cant wait to see how the final video turned out.

So the next day they went out to the salt flats. I wasn't able to make it, but I heard it turned out great! She wore her white dress again as shown up above in the photos. And it looked beautiful on the white salt! She is so talented, and I really enjoyed watching and helping out. I was even in it! I was in the back ground for a couple shots. I had no idea what I was doing, I totally just pretended like I did. Nikola and I were little buddies and spent most of our time at the snack table.

This photo explains itself. Do you know who I am with? Yes, its an old arab man. This is dan in about 20 years!! When I saw him I didn't know if I should laugh.. or what! He did the part well! We are out at the sand dunes in who knows where. I had no idea where we were. This was the last day of filming. It was so beautiful out here!! I felt like I was in Egypt! It was windy, and sandy.. Wind+sand=itchy eyes! Nikola and I were just walking in the background again and made it in the video again! I ended up doing mccalls hair today, and luckily I did because kelly was busy doing everything else! I think we need to frame this photo and put it up in our house.

Me & Ash

Danny and I went to vegas!!! We had tons of fun. We stayed at the Paris Hotel, which was beautiful. This first picture was actually inside one of the wedding chapels in our hotel. We pretended like we were walking down the isle getting married. We went to the pool, layed out, went to a couple shows, went shopping a lot (everyday) I loved it, and danny doesn't like shopping at all. But he was nice to let me enjoy it, and he watched me try on clothes and even followed me around at sephora. We watched the fountains at Bellagio Hotel, walked up and down the strip and watched this guy paint for like a hour at a time. He painted everything using spray paint cans. It was AWESOME! We loved it. We went to the Ghiradelli Chocolate Store and ordered a warm brownie sundae with chocolate sauce.. Yum! We went to in and out burger as you can see, we walked all the way there 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back. So I didn't feel too bad eating a cheeseburger and fries and a shake!! And danny ordered a cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, fries and a dr. pepper!! We had fun meeting donnie osmond and would have met marie osmond but she fainted after the show.. sound familiar? Then we met louie anderson, he is funny! We do have pictures, I'll have danny help me scan them and put them up. We had a fun getaway, and I loved spending time with danny. He said the trip was all about me, and let me shop til I dropped. And I sure did. We slept in every day until around 10:30 one day 11:30! It was good to catch up on sleep and take a break from our busy work/school schedules. Thanks danny for such a great trip! I love you tons!

Chris & Britney

Its wedding season!! Congrats chris and britney!! We are so happy for you and we wish you the best of luck in your new marriage! I especially enjoyed their big day because I helped out with hairstyling. I went over the in the morning and curled andreas, jennifers, laurens and rachels hair, and gave them some cute white flowers for their hair. Then I met danny at the temple and we were lucky enough to be at their sealing. I was grateful to be able to be there and share their special day with them. We then ate lunch at the nauvoo cafe with the hatch clan and the harmon family.  We only had a short time because they were taking pictures at the reception center and I went to help with hair and make up touch ups. I LOVE doing hair, and weddings are my favorite!!
